Someone asked, “Master Cheng Yen, what kind of person will you not forgive?”
The Master answered:
Everyone is worthy to be forgiven, anyone can be forgiven. I am only not willing to forgive those who are dishonest. To err is human, but if one repeatedly makes the wrong statements, that cannot be forgiven. Wrong statements include lying, making nonsensical flowery remarks and sowing discord between people.
