Tzu Chi has journeyed through six decades, guided unwaveringly by a single thought of love and kindness. In Singapore’s multicultural and multi-religious society, 4,000 people gathered at Yishun Stadium, coming together in a convergence of kind thoughts and sincere prayers.
Before the morning sun had fully risen, the grounds outside Krakor Referral Hospital were already filled with waiting villagers. Some walked with difficulty, some carried children in their arms, and others came with the hope of seeing clearly again. They feared missing this rare opportunity for medical care that had crossed mountains and seas to reach them.
A charity fair, which brought together festive cheer, charitable giving, environmental awareness, and delicious food, concluded successfully at the Multi-purpose Centre at Khatib (MPC@Khatib). The event raised an impressive S$1.37 million, surpassing its target.
Spanning two days and six sessions, the Year-End Blessing Ceremony brought together approximately 2,500 volunteers and attendees to reflect on the year past with gratitude and to look ahead with hope. At the 2025 4-in-1 Cadre Camp, over 300 local volunteers and ten Cambodian volunteers gathered to diligently practice and inherit the essence of the Jing Si Dharma lineage. The most heart-moving moment came when a Dharma Masters from Jing Si Abode conferred certification upon volunteer Tan Jiau Hok, fulfilling his long-cherished wish in front of all attendees.
For the first time, the National University Health System (NUHS) and Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH) joined a Tzu Chi overseas medical mission, providing both Western and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) services to 4,293 Sri Lankan residents.
Apart from the medical staff and volunteers from Singapore and Sri Lanka, a former student who graduated from Tzu-Chi National School, Hambantota, also participated in the free clinic in a remote area of Sri Lanka, giving back to the community and spreading love and kindness through actions.

When faced with humiliation or misunderstanding, Ngai Sin Kam chooses to meet anger and aggression with gentleness. She never argues back or holds grudges, believing that her sincerity and kindness will eventually be understood.
After a gap of six-year, medical staff from the Tzu Chi International Medical Association (TIMA) in five countries returned to Takeo Province in southern Cambodia to conduct a large-scale free clinic. Over the three-day mission held at Prey Kabas Referral Hospital, a total of 3,698 villagers received treatment.
Giving is not the privilege of the rich and the young. Holding a free clinic in a remote village of a foreign country is physically demanding, but many senior volunteers in Tzu Chi seized the opportunity to serve, undeterred by age.
Tzu Chi invited the public to usher in the Tzu Chi 59th Anniversary and Buddha Day Celebration. In the early morning of 11 May, Singapore was greeted by a heavy downpour. As dawn broke, a light drizzle followed, cleansing the dust of the world like heavenly nectar.
Although the Tzu Chi Youth Camp was only held for one and a half days, it managed to inject new life into Tzu Chi’s mission in Sri Lanka and lit up the aspirations in the hearts of young people. May this light illuminates the way forward for more people.
