Jing Si Culinary Class and Food Tasting (2022)
Jing Si Books and Cafe (Yishun) regularly invites German chef Daniel to demonstrate several western-style vegetarian dishes using Jing Si products, refreshing the public's impression about the products and vegetarian food. On the morning of 10 December 2022, in conjunction with Christmas, Daniel came on-site to teach how to make vegan Christmas cranberry sauce, stewed red cabbage and white chocolate cranberry pie. The participants who were there had a great time witnessing the demonstration and savouring the food.
