When Leadership Gets Tough: Finding a Way Forward Through the Thirty-Seven Practices
Volunteer leaders often face challenges while serving in the community — from managing people and working as a team to balancing family, work, and volunteer commitments.
More than 300 participants attended a three-day 4-in-1 Cadre Camp, learning from resident monastics from the Jing Si Abode in Taiwan and a team of speakers. Through studying and practising the “Thirty-Seven Practices to Enlightenment”, everyone encouraged one another to keep learning and growing together.
